Refund and returns are free. You can return any items that you don’t like within 7 days after receiving it and we will refund you the full price.(Please note that a picture of the item is required)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund .

You are always welcome to test all of our fragrances by the 3 ml sample we send with each scent, but to be eligible for a return, your perfume box must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging .
